This proposal includes the construction of 4, three-storey townhouse blocks with a total of 32 units.
The site functions as a Planned Unit Development (PUD) under the City of Ottawa Zoning By-law.
The proposal features a mix of back-to-back and row townhouses. There are four different architectural styles proposed for the townhomes.
This application required Site Plan Control Approval and is at the very end of the process.
