The proposed two-tower rental apartment buildings proposed to be located adjacent to the Bayshore Shopping Centre were passed by Planning Committee and City Council in December 2020.
No appeals were received and the applications for Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment are now final.
A Site Plan Control Application will be submitted in 2021.
