An existing Gas Bar and Convenience Store in Manotick, Drummonds Gas, has been operating at this site for around 60 years. Within the past couple years, the MOE has requested clean-up of the site and the owners decided to combine the clean-up of the site with a redevelopment.
The proposed redevelopment required a Site Plan Control application and Minor Variance Application. All applications were approved.
