Consent and Minor Variances


The project at 513 Roosevelt was to demolish an existing single family home, identified below, that was noticeably one of the smallest homes on the block. The large lot was severed and two new single detached homes were proposed. These homes required minor variances.

Christine McCuaig prepared, submitted, and obtained approval for the consents and minor variances for the 513 Roosevelt residential infill development.
