Christine McCuaig has been working as an urban planner for over ten years. Following her Political Science undergraduate degree, she obtained a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from Queen's University. Working alongside Lloyd Phillips for the last decade, she learned every aspect of land use planning and project management. Christine has experience with all development application processes and has worked in a number of municipalities, townships, and counties. 

Dayna is a graduate of the Queen's University School of Urban and Regional Planning and has also completed a specialization in Urban Design from Simon Fraser University. Dayna's interests have focused on urban design challenges related to infill development and master planning projects. In addition, Dayna volunteers as a jury member on the Community/Urban Design panel of the OPPI Excellence in Planning Awards. 

Arjan Soor is an urban planner based in Ottawa specializing in all facets of land use planning. He obtained his Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Queen’s University following an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Toronto. Arjan has experience in land development approvals, policy analysis, financial feasibility, and highest and best uses analysis. Arjan has worked in various municipalities and has a strong understanding of the policy contexts in Ottawa and Kingston.

Jessica holds a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Queen's University and a Major in Communication with a Minor in Law from the University of Ottawa. She is experienced in the development approvals process with the City of Ottawa and surrounding municipalities and is well-versed in the real estate and development industry. 

Jill previously worked as a planning analyst at the Revitalization Centre of Saint-Pierre, a non-profit organization in Montreal. She studied Urban Planning at Concordia University. Jill worked as an urban planner with Lloyd Phillips & Associates Ltd for several years before moving back to Montreal. Jill has experience with development approval processes, and has successfully represented various files at Planning Committee and Committee of Adjustment. 

Richard has a MSc in Geography and has been a GIS Technician for several years, mainly doing work for a civil engineering company.
